Day 16
More people should read Revolt by @QaisraShahraz, such an engrossing slice of Pakistani village life #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/VHxGku5PWi

Day 17
For the universality of its themes and bleakly eloquent writing, my future classic has to be this #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/XUmp5Dwpbl

Day 18
Difficult to choose just one #bookadayuk book recommendation, but I'm grateful to @frizbot for introducing me to #issybradley by @CarysBray

Day 19
Still talking about The Alexandria Quartet by Lawrence Durrell. Does that thing of staying in your head #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/yQ5dfXtP96

Day 20I didn't think my photography really did this cover justice - blaming the limitations of my phone.
I love the understated cover elegance of Everland by Rebecca Hunt, so true to what's inside #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/zZ6LCp7OmS

Day 21I don't opt for a light summer read on holiday - there's time to get your head round something more challenging
Holidays are perfect for tackling heavyweights, this summer I'm torn between The Balkan Trilogy and this #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/wKlIjJdpMA

Day 22
Bring back this deeply affecting companion to Testament of Youth. A testament to those who carried on #bookadayuk pic.twitter.com/DZ1xpeNbY7

Great choices! I do find some days a challenge so I just pick & choose which ones I post about.
ReplyDeleteYou've made me think I should have taken Everland as one of my island reads. I loved Mr Chartwell and have been wanting to read this new novel. Not sure how it passed me by when it came out.
Thanks Eric! Your strategy sounds very sensible!
DeleteI'd recommend Everland. Haven't read Mr Chartwell yet but now I'd really like to - Rebecca Hunt is such an interesting writer
